Vibe Pass Terms & Conditions ✨
To keep your experience seamless and your content consistent, here’s what you need to know:
• Sessions are booked quarterly
Each Vibe Pass includes four sessions — one per quarter — to keep your brand fresh and aligned throughout the year.
• Rescheduling is allowed within the same quarter
Life happens! You’re welcome to reschedule your session as long as it’s within the same quarter and based on availability.
(Reschedules cannot be pushed into the next quarter.)
• Sessions do not roll over
Unused quarterly sessions expire at the end of each quarter. They cannot be rolled over into the following quarter or next calendar year.
• The annual calendar closes mid-December
To accommodate holiday shoots, travel, and end-of-year events, all Vibe Pass sessions must be completed by the second week of December.
• Priority booking is encouraged
Booking early each quarter ensures you get the date, location, and vibe you want — before the calendar fills.
